Our Treaty Rock ESP makes an astringent and well rounded espresso with a dominant sweet chocolaty taste and a lingering aftertaste with no hint of bitterness.
Falls Perk: Drip or Espresso
A delicate tasting espresso providing a broad and well-balanced range of floral notes. With its pleasant lingering aftertaste it makes a great espresso or drip blend, especially for lovers of a bolder coffee.
Qemilin: Drip
This is a full-bodied coffee that will delight the palette of the serious coffee drinker. A strong hint of smokiness is evident in the aroma and first taste.
Sunrise/Sunset: Drip
This blend of light roasted and medium roasted Ethiopian Yirgi is a favorite in our coffeehouse, Caife Cistin. A light hint of citrus ads a welcome surprise to this wonderful coffee.
Banker's Blend: Drip
One day our friends at Community 1st Bank came to us and said make us some plain old coffee for the bank, and we said OK! Banker's Blend is a good old plain coffee. Bright and bold perfect for any time of day!
Good Kharma: Drip
Our light roasted Ethiopian Yirgi with a hint of Cinnamon to delight the senses.
